IVP is a contract manufacturer providing turnkey assembly services through multiple facilities. We specialize in low to medium volume and high mix PCB assembly. IVP combines high quality processes and modern automation equipment with a skilled workforce for consistent, but still cost-effective production.
ASSEMBLY
IVP provides the latest BGA, SMD, automated and manual TH assembly facility has dust and filtration barriers with independent temperature and humidity controls. Projects include music amplifiers, surveillance systems, UV sterilization, oxygen concentrators, cooling tower controllers, and 1000 kW turbine power generators.
Testing
A majority of other assembly companies tend to shy away from the testing processes. We believe that these processes are a key component of IVP’s service. Our testing includes Inbound component conformity, in-circuit and functionality testing. We utilize customer provided equipment and fixtures, but can also support where required.

IATF Automotive, ISO, UL. CE process controls ensure every requirement for material, man, method, and machine is followed. Further, Quality Assurance & Line Managers can develop and implement additional inspection processes that are specific to the customers’ requirements. Our goal is the quality of your product.
